Guilty Wedding Pleasures
Even brides on a strict budget have that one item they really splurged on. After all, its your big day, and you will only get it once in your life, so you have to make it memorable! Some brides confessed what their impulse purchase was, and how much they spent.
Often the splurge was shoes or dress. Whether its a pair of Blahniks, or an authentic Vera Wang. These are two items that you really can’t live without. One, and sometimes both, are the biggest wedding splurge. On bride confessed to having spent more than half the price of the over all reception on her gown.
Sometimes, however, it’s vendors. A professional photographer you have loved since you started wedding research perhaps. This is usually justified by wanting the best photographic memories possible.
Another splurge is the ring itself! Most women have their hearts set on Tiffany’s, and some women get it! Diamond studded wedding bands, or the engagement ring itself, often are one of the most expensive details of the wedding.
You can also go a little more discreet, some women go all out for lingerie, and bedroom attire for their big night, or even their honeymoon.
